Online check-in option is available at Polonia or you do instant check-in at Poloniaairlines counter. The Kiosk machine is also available at Polonia.

Seat selection
When you are flying from or to the Polonia, you can choose the window seat to catch the beautiful Kuala Namu view. The airline may charge a small fee or allow you to pre-select the seat. This seat selection availed during web check-in at Polonia. You may ask the airline desk to select a window seat, but airline can do when window seats are available.

The immigration and custom take 45 to 60 minutes but can vary as per real-time situations. Day time is comperatbly less crowded and midnight to the early morning busiest. For transit or on arrival VISA you have to visit at VISA counter at Polonia.
