The passengers should show their fluids in the final security controller and put them separately on the x-ray,

Products I purchase from duty-free shop/aircraft during international flights:

The products that you buy from a duty-free shop or during the flight will be set in a special bag along with the invoice and the bag will be sealed.  This bag will be allowed on board only after the tote and the bill are assessed in the security checkpoint.

If you will go to the final destination point by building a transit through another airport, you shouldn't open the special duty-free shopping tote given in the store or onboard until the last destination airport.  The content of this bag might be seized in the transit airport.  From the transits made in European Union states or America, it isn't permitted to carry the products exceeding 100 ml purchased previously from duty-free shops in hand baggage even if they are in sealed bags.

Fluid substances such as olive oil, pickles, tomato paste; flammable substances such as acetone, perfume; cans, sacks, plastic bags and barrels will not be accepted to the flight as free baggage nor as cabin baggage.
