Ut Air History
During the break up of the Aeroflot organisation, Tyumenaviatrans Aviation(TAT) was formed in the year 1991. Later, in the year 2003, TAT decided to change its name to UT Air. In the year 2014, there was a financial crisis in the company due to which it was not able to make a payment against some bond. It also announced that the company will have to reduce its fleet by 50 aircraft to cope up the crisis that they are currently facing. In the year Utair express, it's subsidiary company decided to cancel its operations due to lack of finances. The airline was later bought by the Utair-Ukraine in the year 2015.
