Here are a few things to remember if you booked a Work Bundle:

• The airline will refund the amount through points.
• You can use the points while booking a new ticket and if the cost of the new ticket is more than the previous one, you can pay the remaining amount with a credit card.
• You can’t transfer the point to someone else, thus the name on the new ticket should exactly match the name on the original ticket.
• You can only apply for the refund within one year of canceling your ticket, otherwise, the airline won’t provide you with the refund.

Frontier Airline Refund Policy

Frontier airline provides refunds to its passengers only if they cancel the flight within the first 24 hours of booking it and the booking date of that flight was 7 days before its departure. In all the other situations the airline won’t provide you with a refund until and unless you have taken the Work Bundle while booking the ticket. Eligibility For Refund

• If you booked your flight less than 24 hours ago and my travel is more than 7 days (168 hours) from my purchase time.
• If you have traveled the Frontier Airlines Work Bundle.
• If you are on military orders and cannot fly.
• If a ticketed customer has died.
• If your flight was canceled by the airline and you decided not to travel on an alternative Frontier flight.
• You missed a connecting Frontier Airlines flight delay or Cancel Frontier flight.
• Your flight was rescheduled by the airline and changed by 3 or more hours.
• Your flight’s departure was delayed by more than 3 hours and you decided not to travel. 

Non-Eligibility For Refund

•  If you already traveled on the flight.
•  If you missed your flight due to the airline’s fault.
• Your flight was rescheduled by Frontier and changed by less than 3 hours
• Your flight’s departure was delayed by less than 3 hours.
• You didn’t use a product that you bought while booking the ticket, for example, a bag, bundle, seat, or paid membership
• If someone in your  immediate family has an illness or medical issue (please contact your travel insurance)
•  If someone in your immediate family member has died.
• If you are on jury duty or have a subpoena.
• If you booked your flight less than 24 hours ago and your travel is within the next 7 days.
