Online check-in option is available at Chimbu or you do instant check-in at Chimbuairlines counter. The Kiosk machine is also available at Chimbu.
Baggage Allowance
If you are traveling with oversize baggage, then you can pay at the Chimbu airlines counter or you call airline customer care.
Seat selection
When you are flying from or to the Chimbu, you can choose the window seat to catch the beautiful Kundiawa view. The airline may charge a small fee or allow you to pre-select the seat. This seat selection availed during web check-in at Chimbu. You may ask the airline desk to select a window seat, but airline can do when window seats are available.
Chimbu waiting room.
Passengers are allowed at Chimbu 4 hours prior to departure for all domestic flights and 6 hours for international flights. You may also request the airline desk or Chimbu customer care if you stay overnight. The standard facility is available at Chimbu like Washrooms and food.

Domestic security check
You need a valid national ID card or passport during the security check at Chimbu. All domestic travelers can do express security checks straight to the boarding area at Chimbu. You are not allowed to carry restricted items at Chimbu.
International security check
All international passengers must carry a valid passport and valid VISA permit to visit at Chimbu. The entrance of Chimbu guarded by tight cops and all items may check during your entry at Chimbu.
Chimbu immigration process.
The immigration and custom take 45 to 60 minutes but can vary as per real-time situations. Day time is comperatbly less crowded and midnight to the early morning busiest. For transit or on arrival VISA you have to visit at VISA counter at Chimbu.
