Online check-in option is available at Cepu or you do instant check-in at Cepuairlines counter. The Kiosk machine is also available at Cepu.
Baggage Allowance
If you are traveling with oversize baggage, then you can pay at the Cepu airlines counter or you call airline customer care.
Seat selection
When you are flying from or to the Cepu, you can choose the window seat to catch the beautiful Cepu view. The airline may charge a small fee or allow you to pre-select the seat. This seat selection availed during web check-in at Cepu. You may ask the airline desk to select a window seat, but airline can do when window seats are available.

Passengers are allowed at Cepu 4 hours prior to departure for all domestic flights and 6 hours for international flights. You may also request the airline desk or Cepu customer care if you stay overnight. The standard facility is available at Cepu like Washrooms and food.

Domestic security check
You need a valid national ID card or passport during the security check at Cepu. All domestic travelers can do express security checks straight to the boarding area at Cepu. You are not allowed to carry restricted items at Cepu.
International security check
All international passengers must carry a valid passport and valid VISA permit to visit at Cepu. The entrance of Cepu guarded by tight cops and all items may check during your entry at Cepu.
Cepu immigration process.
The immigration and custom take 45 to 60 minutes but can vary as per real-time situations. Day time is comperatbly less crowded and midnight to the early morning busiest. For transit or on arrival VISA you have to visit at VISA counter at Cepu.
