These adjustments also apply on our hand bags only (Fundamental ) fares, on selected British Airways brief and long haul flights. Your luggage must fit in the luggage estimate at check (including packs, pockets and wheels).
The weight limitation applies to every bag; it is not feasible to divide the entire weight across multiple luggage. You ought to have the ability to lift your luggage into the overhead by yourself. Your handbag/laptop size tote is certain to travel in the cottage.
On flights that are busy, you could be requested to check on your additional cabin tote, so ensure to don't have any valuables or essential medicine packed within this bag.
All duty free luggage or airport buys count as hand luggage so in the event that you've got over your free allowance, so your additional luggage will be checked to the grip.
If your hand luggage is finished with these free adjustments, the surplus could be assessed into the grip at luggage drop or in the gate. Bear in mind that, should you exceed your checked luggage allowance, any excess grip totes are chargeable.
The Way to Store Your Luggage On-Board
To assist you set your bags away safely and fast on board, and reach your destination in time, we will attach a yellow label to your purse or notebook bag. This is the cottage tote that we promise you can take in the cabin. These yellowish tags are also accessible in our bag-drop desk or by a part of British Airways staff.
Put your smaller cottage tote together with the yellow tag below the chair before you. Your extra cabin tote goes to the overhead locker. If we don't have space on board, then this bag might have to be assessed in the aircraft hold. Because of this, please be certain that you don't have any valuables or medication that is essential packed in this bigger cabin tote.
